Key points –
- Hermitage has been allocated 20 additional dwellings beyond the 38 already in the planning process (page 60)
- Sites will be allocated by residents through the Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP).
- WBC has made initial assessments of 6 sites in Hermitage – https://info.westberks.gov.uk/helaa
